MAAEE is committed to providing exceptional service and support to our donors, and we want to ensure that all donations made to our organization are used effectively to support our programs and initiatives. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your donation or request a refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your donation, please contact us as soon as possible at maaeeecf@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that donations are processed immediately and cannot be canceled after the payment has been processed.
In the event that you wish to cancel a recurring donation, you may do so by contacting us at maaeeecf@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that recurring donations may take up to 7 business days to cancel.
Refund Policy
MAAEE does not offer refunds for donations made to our organization unless the donation was made in error or there was a technical issue with the payment processing.
If you believe there has been an error with your donation or if you have any questions about your donation, please contact us at maaeeecf@gmail.com. We will review your request and make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
If we determine that a refund is warranted, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used to make the donation. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
